On May 5, 2025, as part of the events held in the building of Medipol University of the Republic of Türkiye, the Consulate General of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Türkiye (Istanbul) together with Turkmen students organized a special festive exhibition and presentation event dedicated to the proclamation of 2025 as the International Year of Peace and Trust, as well as the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.
As part of the event, a concert was held with the participation of Medipol University students and representatives of the academic community.
Also, in the Turkmenistan pavilion, foreign guests and students who participated in the festive exhibition were presented with detailed information about Turkmenistan's achievements in domestic and foreign policy, significant initiatives put forward within the framework of international organizations. In particular, the events held in Turkmenistan within the framework of the International Year of Peace and Trust were covered.
At the end of the event, participants were shown video materials about Turkmenistan. Guests of the exhibition were offered dishes of national Turkmen cuisine.
